Appointment as Practical Examiner — Letter Generator

Upload the formatted Excel file (the one downloaded from the Excel Formatter, with the Center Name, Date & Time and External Examiner columns filled in). One letter is generated per External Examiner; if the same examiner appears on multiple rows, all of their duties are combined into a single letter.

Column detection

Columns are auto-detected by header text (Center Name, Date & Time, External Examiner, College Name). Rows without an External Examiner value are ignored. All the values above except the Dispatch No. (which auto-increments per letter) apply to every letter and stay editable on the next screen before you download.
