Users under the age at which they can legally accept online terms in their country should use TestInFlow only with the permission or supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or educational institution.

Teachers, parents, guardians, and schools are responsible for deciding whether TestInFlow is suitable for a student and for obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Children and students should not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Educational and Informational Purpose

TestInFlow content and tools are provided for educational, informational, practice, self-assessment, and career-development purposes.

We try to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every:

  • Question
  • Answer
  • Explanation
  • Score
  • Report
  • Recommendation
  • Career path
  • CV suggestion
  • Keyword suggestion
  • Study resource
  • Result

will always be complete, current, correct, or suitable for every user.

Users should verify important information through official examination boards, educational institutions, employers, recruitment platforms, qualified professionals, or other reliable sources.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Using TestInFlow does not guarantee:

  • Examination success
  • A particular score or grade
  • Admission to an institution
  • Employment or an interview
  • Acceptance by an employer
  • Career success
  • A particular salary
  • Selection by an applicant tracking system
  • Improvement in academic or professional performance
  • Any other specific outcome

Results depend on many factors outside TestInFlow’s control.

6. User Accounts

Some TestInFlow features may require an account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonably accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Use a strong password
  • Avoid sharing your account with unauthorized persons
  • Notify TestInFlow if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Keep account details updated where necessary
  • Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account

You must not create an account using false identity information or impersonate another person.

TestInFlow may suspend or restrict an account if there is suspected misuse, fraud, security risk, policy violation, or unlawful activity.

7. Teacher Portal

The Teacher Portal may allow teachers to:

  • Create quizzes and assignments
  • Upload questions
  • Generate and share access codes
  • Review student submissions
  • Assign marks
  • Provide feedback
  • Export or manage results
  • Upload educational materials

Teachers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have permission to use uploaded content
  • Providing accurate quiz and assignment instructions
  • Requesting only necessary student information
  • Protecting student privacy
  • Keeping access codes reasonably secure
  • Reviewing answers and results before relying on them
  • Correcting marking or feedback errors
  • Following their school’s or institution’s policies
  • Complying with applicable education and privacy requirements

TestInFlow is a supporting platform and does not replace a teacher’s professional judgment or an institution’s official assessment system.

Students agree to:

  • Submit their own work unless collaboration is permitted
  • Avoid impersonating another student
  • Avoid accessing quizzes or assignments without authorization
  • Avoid sharing restricted access codes

  • Follow instructions provided by their teacher

Teachers remain responsible for final marking, feedback, deadlines, and academic decisions.

Automatically displayed scores or results may contain errors and should be reviewed by the relevant teacher where necessary.

9. Academic Integrity

Users must not use TestInFlow to:

  • Cheat in an examination
  • Submit another person’s work as their own
  • Obtain unauthorized access to restricted assessment material
  • Manipulate quiz results
  • Interfere with another student’s submission

  • Misrepresent academic performance

Teachers and institutions may apply their own academic-integrity rules in addition to these Terms.

10. Career Path Finder

The Career Path Finder may generate recommendations based on information entered by the user, including education, interests, strengths, and preferred work style.

Career reports are automated general guidance.

They are not:

  • Guaranteed career decisions
  • Professional counselling
  • Psychological assessments
  • Employment offers
  • Salary guarantees
  • Admission advice
  • Legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice

Users should research any recommended career and consider their qualifications, location, personal circumstances, financial situation, and professional advice before making an important decision.

11. ATS CV Checker

The ATS CV Checker may analyze CV text, CV structure, keywords, job-description relevance, action verbs, achievements, and other content signals.

Any ATS score or job-match result is an estimate only.

Employers and recruitment platforms use different:

  • Applicant tracking systems
  • Parsing methods
  • Ranking rules
  • Hiring criteria
  • Job requirements
  • Human review processes

A high TestInFlow score does not guarantee that a CV will pass an employer’s ATS or result in an interview.

Users should include only genuine skills, qualifications, achievements, and experience. Users must not add false or misleading information merely to increase a score.

Under the current design, CV content selected in the ATS CV Checker is analyzed locally in the user’s browser. Users remain responsible for reviewing and protecting the information included in their documents.

12. CV Maker and Document-Creation Tools

TestInFlow may provide tools that help users create, edit, format, or improve CVs, cover letters, summaries, application documents, and related materials.

Generated or suggested wording is provided as drafting assistance only.

Users are responsible for:

  • Reviewing every generated statement
  • Correcting inaccurate information
  • Confirming names, dates, qualifications, and employment history
  • Ensuring claims are truthful
  • Removing confidential or unnecessary information
  • Checking the final downloaded document
  • Deciding whether the document is suitable for a particular application

TestInFlow does not verify a user’s employment history, qualifications, certifications, achievements, or personal claims.

Users must not use CV-related tools to create fraudulent qualifications, false employment records, fabricated achievements, or deceptive applications.

13. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit or upload content such as:

  • Questions and answers
  • MCQs
  • Assignments
  • Student responses
  • Course materials
  • Corrections
  • Comments
  • Feedback
  • CV text
  • Job descriptions
  • Messages

  • Other documents

You retain ownership of content that legally belongs to you.

By submitting content to a TestInFlow server or account-based feature, you grant TestInFlow a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the relevant service.
